Atuadores:
- Clean actuator piston rod.
- Check amount of internal leakage.
- Check servovalve balance.

Fixturing:
- Lubricate all bearings and joints that have grease fittings.
- Check bolt torques.
- Check and adjust pillow block bearings.
- Inspect corrosion coating for wear.
- Inspect fixturing for signs of wear.
- Inspect actuator insulation covers.
- Inspect cables.
- Inspect spherical bearings for signs of hysteresis or wear.
- Inspect rubber bushings for deterioration, gumminess and rotational mis-alignment.

1000-Hour Maintenance Per Corner
Actuators:
- Replace pilot and main pressure line filters.
- Check for leakage across the accumulator pistons.
- Check proportional valve and pressure reducing valve.
- Lubricate actuator spline coupling bearings.

2000-Hour Maintenance Per Corner
Fixturing:
- Lubricate non-accessible bearings.
- Check system performance by running system with sine sweep.

500-Hour Controller Maintenance
- Check console cooling.
- Clean or replace air filter.

2000-Hour Controller Tuning
- Major tuning of the analog console.
- Check system operation.
- Check digital I/Os.
- Replace air cooling filter element.
